Backup files

The faster your backup speed, the more demanding encryption and data transmission will become for your computer. Most computers can easily handle "fast" backup, even without you noticing the backup. But some older computers may slow down when using fast backup, especially through a fast network. Try a slower speed when you are experiencing any performance issues during the backup process.

If you selected Standard security you can choose Ultimate security later. Read more about security levels here.

If you have a paper key, you chose Ultimate security.
Until you need your key, we recommend that you store it safely:

(please note that your key can only be used in combination with your Safeberg password)
When you need your key to restore files, create a picture or scan of your key. Safeberg Restore will extract your key from the picture or scan.
